Dorset with The Wild Swimming Co
At the very end of March I was very kindly (PINCH ME) invited on a PR event with The Wild Swimming Co. Saturday we sauna-ed at Studland Sauna Hut in the morning and swam out to Old Harry Rocks in the afternoon. The evening was filled with so much laughter and pizza. Sunday morning we had the MOST beautiful sunrise swim on middle beach in Studland. It was such a beautiful weekend, I might even do a full Substack post of 48 hours in Dorset - let me know if you fancy it in the comments?

🍴- foodie bits from 2026 so far.
We LOVE a treat at a Michelin (or even Michelin worthy) and this was genuinely great. There were subtle Japanese influences running through the food which worked really well, but the standout for me was the atmosphere. It felt cosy, calm, and properly comfortable. The kind of place you can just settle into and enjoy without it feeling over the top.

VOZY Documentary - my life changed when..
Yep … you ready that correctly - a documentary about little old me. I have just about stopped screaming from the rooftops about it but I am defiantly not over it yet!

my new Sauna Series!
Now if you know me you’ll know I LOVE a sauna (and obviously a wild swim!!) so i wanted to start a series that forced me to explore both of these a little more. You can check our the first in the series Riverside Sauna and there will be episode 2 coming in the next few days.
